How we do the mentoring sessions

To fill the skills gap, our organization employs the proven methodology of "tell, show, do, and apply." This approach involves a comprehensive training process that includes a variety of techniques to ensure our employees have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

For the "tell" component, we provide theoretical instruction through lectures, workshops, and online courses. This allows our employees to gain a strong foundation of knowledge in their respective fields.

In the "show" step, we demonstrate the practical application of the skills being taught. This is done through hands-on training sessions, where our employees can observe and learn from experienced professionals in their field.

Next, we move on to the "do" step, where our employees are given the opportunity to practice and apply the skills they have learned. This is done through a variety of exercises, simulations, and real-world scenarios, giving our employees the chance to test their knowledge in a safe and controlled environment.

Finally, in the "apply" step, our employees are able to apply their newly acquired skills to real-world situations. This is done through job shadowing, mentoring, and on-the-job training, allowing our employees to gain valuable experience and confidence.

Overall, our "tell, show, do, and apply" methodology ensures that our employees are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles, and that we are able to fill any skills gaps within our organization.
