After considering the approach of reverse engineering the circle from successful YouTubers, I have come to the conclusion that it may not be the best way to proceed. Instead, it would be wise to take baby steps and simplify the content creation process. The focus should be on testing the market and determining what works, rather than rushing to establish a company. By doing so, we can gain a better understanding of the target audience and adjust the business model and communication strategy accordingly. In addition, paying close attention to the competition and industry trends can provide valuable insight on how to improve and differentiate our product. It is important to keep an open mind, be flexible, and willing to adapt to change as we navigate the journey of entrepreneurship.
