Why work with asistants and how many should there be ?

Erdem works with a maximum of 10 assistants/collaborators at a time. Each stage of a project requires a different assistant, which can make the process a bit complex. For example, Cenk, who is focused on setting up a corporation in the USA, is very different from Andres, who focuses on video production. It is better to work in the long term and make progress in multiple careers at the same time, as people are at different stages in their journey.
